An Enterprise server is an expensive piece of equipment and requires IT Crew expertise to install and manage in-house. Enterprise server hosting provides a cost-effective solution whereby customers can lease the entire server rather than having to buy it and, with a managed enterprise hosting solution, have the hoster look after the server setup and management on their behalf.

We do not charge for any of our technical support covered under our SLA (Service Level Agreement) 100%. Should you need to contact us, you can reach our support Crew via LiveChat hat or support ticket 24 hours a day, 7 days a week 365 days a year.

Obviously, there are no long-term enterprise contracts with any of our services and solutions. However, due to the cost of setting up and disconnecting servers at any of our Data Centers across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or within the Gulf and Global, we require a minimum of 90 days advance notice to cancel an active enterprise server. For full details, please refer to our SLA (Service Level Agreement).

Of course, only if absolutely necessary for our Crew Engineers must. We understand some customers need total control over their enterprise server, so, at your request, we can add an instruction to your enterprise account requiring our technicians to acquire permission first-hand.

Our Enterprise servers are exempt and not included from our money-back guarantee because of the cost of setting up any of our enterprise servers and disconnecting the servers. All reefunds will only be provided and honored where we are legally required to do so (e.g. in accordance with your statutory rights within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and across the Gulf region).

If you choose an enterprise server with a control panel, such as our cPanel or Plesk, then little knowledge is required. In most cases, you can manage your enterprise server solely through the control panel’s simple, or our web-based interface. However, once you have placed your order, our Crew are always on hand to support you in setting up and configuring your enterprise server if you don’t have the experience to do this by yourself JUSTask?.
If you choose not to have a control panel, then some knowledge of server administration is recommended from our senior technical Crew.

All our Enterprise servers come with full root SSH / RDP access for peace of mind. You have full control over your enterprise server.

Due to the situation with the COVID-19 world pandemic, and in line with our local Saudi Arabia Government guidance, there are currently restrictions in place on our own Saudi Arabia datacentre access that may in some cases affect our enterprise server provisioning times this includes all of our other datacentres across the United Kingdom, USA, Canada, Singapore, India and Australia.
For off-the-shelf server models (single CPU with default hardware configuration) we still aim to activate these within 72 hours.
For enterprise servers where hardware upgrades have been purchased and/or dual CPU configurations, the expected setup time currently will vary from 8-15 days. (Up from the 72 to 180 hours we would expect under normal circumstances)
In the case of bespoke enterprise server configurations, as always, please contact a member of our Crew and will endeavour to provide an ETS or ETA.

While all websites can be hosted on an Enterprise server, enterprise server hosting isn’t a cost-effective solution for smaller businesses and smaller websites or those receiving low numbers of online visitors. An enterprise server provides enormous hosting resources and this is reflected in the price you would pay when ordering.
Smaller websites are better suited to some of our other web hosting packages such as Shared Hosting or VPS Server and Dedicated Server which will both provide adequate resources for their needs but at more affordable prices because the costs are shared with others hosted on the same Shared Hosting.
When it comes to larger corporate and busier websites, some Saudi local organisations may prefer to host their website on the Cloud Enterprise rather than use a dedicated server as there is greater capacity for scaling up their resources on-demand to cope with unexpected spikes in online traffics.

Unfortunately, the process of transferring DNS from Dedicated servers to Enterprise serversEnterprise servers during an upgrade does result in downtime of up to 24 to 48 hours; though this is usually less sometimes it depends thus. This process is beyond our Datacentre control and it affects every customer, regardless of who his or her web host is within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Gulf, the Middle East and Globally.

When it comes to “RAID”; RAID is a virtualisation server technology used on our Enterprise servers to increase the server performance and server reliability of online data storage on all our Enterprise servers. It is also available with all our dedicated hosting services.
